OMG~! That poor lady! That's absolutely horrible! She absolutely should receive unemployment benefits, she was laid off from her main, full-time job! I hope she finds something even better now, sounds like she deserves a break!

Thanks. Luckily she was approved for unemployment benefits and the judge carefully looked at the circumstances and the timing of her termination and decided that it constituted unusual situation warranting an exception to the rule.
